What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Oppti asks you to choose a plan, and your tasks and settings stay right where they are on your Mac.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. We email you before a yearly renewal, and we'll always tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, in one click. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for. No emails, no calls.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, monthly or yearly, no reason needed. Yearly renewals can be refunded within 14 days. The details are in our Refund Policy.
How many Macs can I use?
Up to 3 Macs that you own or use. Deactivate one from Settings › Membership to move your membership to another.
Who handles payment?
Our payment partner, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Oppti never sees or stores your card number.
